All of the staff is excellent and the building is one of the cleanest I’ve seen. It’s a new apartment complex and the amenities are top notch.
Our leasing agent Jeanette is a sweetheart
She is very professional, friendly and curious. She answered all our questions with patience and knowledge. She gave us a tour of the facilities and apartment. She worked with us during the entire move inn process and is always there to help and resolve any issues.
Kelly was very helpful and communicative and made the leasing process seamless for us.
The maintenance team was super efficient and fast in attending to the issues that arose. Chris with maintenance was fantastic .
It’s a great place to live in general and we look forward to calling it HOME.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — I just moved here on 02 20 23, and it has been a pretty smooth process moving in I love the view from my unit, it is very quiet, and only very minor issues have been incurred so far. Looking forward to spending my lease term here

|Recommended: NoNo bedroom light or fan — Very frustrating not having a light or fan standard in the bedroom. I refuse to pay someone out of my pocket. I was given a phone number to an electrician and he has failed to return my call. Management has not responded to my concerns about this. I've never experienced a unit not having this as a standard item. Paying over 2k a month, you can do better. If this was resolved, my overall review may change. I hope this helps
