They all show that they truly care and go out of their way to provide help. The maintenance team is always quick, friendly and usually gets orders done within the same day - 2 days max. All staff has made living here 100 10 we appreciate all that they do

While we do have an on-site cleaner available to address issues like this promptly, we rely on items being reported so our team can respond right away or a team member takes care of it as soon as they see it. |Recommended: NoI’ve been living in this building for about two years, and while the units themselves are decent, the experience with the office staff has consistently been unpleasant. For the amount of rent residents pay, we should be able to walk into a building where the atmosphere is welcoming—not tense, rude, or uninviting.
From the beginning, the attitude of the front office has been cold and unprofessional. It often feels like we’re bothering them just by asking basic questions or needing assistance. A friendly face or polite tone goes a long way, and unfortunately, that’s been lacking here.
People want to come home to a place that feels peaceful and positive, not one where the staff seems upset or irritated all the time. It’s disappointing that after all this time, the energy in the office has never improved.
They will throw events but it doesn’t really matter because the next day you see the staff not even a smile

|Recommended: YesBEST PLACE EVER — What a place . This is the best place ever that we’ve been living.
It’s so clean, beautiful and peaceful. Has all amenities in a building including the pool in the 4th floor.
The location in downtown area is INCREDIBLE has everything closer including the I4 and the 408 east and west, almost around the corner.
The people in the office, the maintenance and the other tenants and staff are AMAZING.
We Really, really RECOMMEND this place to live.
We just moved here a week ago and we hope doesn’t change our mind about this place.
So far, so good for the moment, is THE BEST PLACE EVER

|Recommended: YesMe and my Roommate have lived here for 3 years just about since the building has been built and Chris being the main focus of maintenance has always been reliable to help any resident. I’ve seen him help others for stuff they need and it shows that he enjoys his job here very much.
The team we have now in the office and property grounds is what makes me love living here.

|Recommended: YesI wanna take a moment out to say how happy and appreciative me and my Roomate is that Chris the Maintence Manager is beyond reliable.
Anytime I need something even if it’s just a bit of advice on how to do something creative in my apt home he is always around to ask questions to and the property team non the less never hesitates to be safe and certain ask Chris when it comes to electrical or anything in the apt where it may alter or change the development so no party is penalized and everyone is happy.
Because of Chris and the team we have now with James and Yilian, is why I love living here. It takes a great team to make your home a home and my home starts the moment I enter the lobby and the fact the Leasing team always has the lobby and all areas welcoming it really goes to show that to them this is home to.
Over the last 3 years living here since the building was basically built up I gotta say this is by far the best cooperative and personable team we have.
