|Recommended: YesReview — The building is beautiful, brand new and clean. The maintenance and property staff are courteous and professional. However, there are certain aspects that need improvement. Residents do not clean after their pets. I have seen waste in the elevator and stairs. I find that disgusting and inconsiderate. It is also unfortunate that the trash room is frequently dirty—I once saw a used diaper on the floor. People are leaving their trash as well as boxes and discarded furniture outside the chute. I enjoy living here but I would enjoy it more if other residents were considerate of their surroundings.
|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live — My experience with Modera Creative Village has been amazing. The facilities are all new, clean and beautiful. It gives a great since of home. Gabriel has been extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process of becoming a new resident.

While unpacking some personal items, came across one of your ads, that read… It’s All Yours. -we got all the details exactly right so you can feel supremely comfortable in your new home. Modera by Mill Creek.
After reading that ad, felt a sense of connection, a feeling of belonging and decided to write you this note to let you know that we are in agreement as I look around on my way to my new apartment home or leaving there what I see is in agreement with that statement whether it’s the gathering areas, that have been crafted with attention to detail, or it’s the herb garden near the pool or it’s the pet spa -or my carpet -less living space you got it right.
Here’s what I believe… if you make people feel like they matter they may not remember what you did, but they always remember how you made them feel.

All of the staff is excellent and the building is one of the cleanest I’ve seen. It’s a new apartment complex and the amenities are top notch.
Our leasing agent Jeanette is a sweetheart
She is very professional, friendly and curious. She answered all our questions with patience and knowledge. She gave us a tour of the facilities and apartment. She worked with us during the entire move inn process and is always there to help and resolve any issues.
Kelly was very helpful and communicative and made the leasing process seamless for us.
The maintenance team was super efficient and fast in attending to the issues that arose. Chris with maintenance was fantastic .
It’s a great place to live in general and we look forward to calling it HOME.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — I just moved here on 02 20 23, and it has been a pretty smooth process moving in I love the view from my unit, it is very quiet, and only very minor issues have been incurred so far. Looking forward to spending my lease term here

|Recommended: NoNo bedroom light or fan — Very frustrating not having a light or fan standard in the bedroom. I refuse to pay someone out of my pocket. I was given a phone number to an electrician and he has failed to return my call. Management has not responded to my concerns about this. I've never experienced a unit not having this as a standard item. Paying over 2k a month, you can do better. If this was resolved, my overall review may change. I hope this helps
